Drug and Alcohol Testing and Screenings

Drug and alcohol testing and screening are key components of many companies’ risk control program. Mercer Health can be your “one-stop-shop” for all drug testing needs. Whether you opt for rigorous pre-employment screening, use random drug test procedures, or implement a full DOT drug and alcohol testing program, we have your company’s best interest in mind.

An Authorization for Testing form is to be completed by a company representative and sent with an employee to facilitate testing upon arrival.

Employers can manage drug testing data including drug test results, statistical reports and client updates using the My Total Test portal.

NEW Virtual Injury Program (VIP)

The VIP (Virtual Injury Program) at Mercer Health Occupational Health offers employers and employees a quick, proactive approach focusing on early assessment of work injuries and illnesses. Our Certified Nurse Practitioners will perform triage to determine if First Aid can be utilized or if treatment is necessary based on: symptoms, nature of your injury/illness and treatment to date.

If additional treatment is necessary, care can be provided at:

  • Occupational Health and Wellness (Community Medical Center, 950 S. Main St., Suite 1, Celina, Ohio)
    • Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Physical Exams

Our physical exams can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your industry. Our team of highly trained practitioners and medical staff completes thorough exams and procedures to ensure candidates are capable of performing specific duties in the workplace. These physical examinations are in full compliance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Department of Transportation (DOT)OSHA and NIOSH.

Workplace Injury Care

Our goal is to ensure the process of workplace injury treatment and follow up are efficient and effective. We help to streamline the process for your injured worker by getting them back to work as soon as possible and providing proper follow up through education and rehabilitation.

Steps for an employee to follow once an injury has occurred:

  1. Notify your employer/supervisor immediately
  2. Seek treatment as needed
  3. Complete First Report of Injury form
  4. Schedule a follow-up appointment as needed

Audiometric Testing and Hearing Conservation Program

Audiometric testing to comply with OSHA standards is available in our clinic and onsite at your facility.  Upon completion of testing, a detailed report is provided.

Employee Assistance Programs & Counseling Services for Employees
