An Authorization for Testing form is to be completed by a company representative and sent with an employee to facilitate testing upon arrival.

Our Certified Nurse Practitioners will perform triage to determine if First Aid can be utilized or if treatment is necessary based on: symptoms, nature of your injury/illness and treatment to date.

Our team of highly trained practitioners and medical staff completes thorough exams and procedures to ensure candidates are capable of performing specific duties in the workplace. These physical examinations are in full compliance with the Americans with Disability Act (ADA), Department of Transportation (DOT), OSHA and NIOSH.
