"Mom was having some serious pain with her low back and both legs, her primary doctor, and others seeing over her weren't so aware of mom describing her pain as it progressed, she wanted to be taken to the ER one morning, too much pain she stated. We took her to Coldwater ER with her pain, and the staff that day was fabulous. They addressed her every concern as if she was part of their family, and were very thorough, very concerned about her excruciating pain, and found what the underlying problem was, so now she really can get this problem taken care of. Thank you, Kate McCollum, CNP and the rest of the staff there on Thursday!! Thank you all so very much, her family is a bit less stressed due to their thoroughness, we know exactly what she is going through, it's better to know than keep guessing. Although we had taken her to other doctors, they would just not address her painful concerns. 5++ stars for Kate McCollum! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thank you from her family!!!"
