"I came in to the emergency room on 5/7/25 after a accident at work. I've never been to Coldwater before, but I'm so glad I ended up there because the staff was so nice and friendly to me. The staff was also very quick about getting me in and keeping me comfortable. They were very professional and took every step towards ensuring that I was okay. At one point I hate to get x-rays and a cat scan and because I was so scared they were very polite and calming."
