"I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about our recent experience with Elyssa Roth, during a visit to urgent care with our toddlers. Elyssa was absolutely wonderful with our children. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about their illness, but her bedside manner truly stood out. She made what can sometimes be a stressful experience for parents feel easy and reassuring. She took the time to interact with our children, made them smile by singing Paw Patrol, and helped them feel comfortable, even when they were feeling their worst. What I appreciated most was that she genuinely listened to us as parents, took our concerns seriously, and communicated in such a down-to-earth, approachable way. You could tell she truly cared, not just about treating the illness, but about making sure both the children and parents felt heard and comfortable. Elyssa is a wonderful example of the kind of provider families hope to encounter. Her combination of knowledge, compassion, and genuine bedside manner made a lasting impression on our family."
