I wanted to make sure that you, and the rest of the management at Mercer Health realizes the magnitude of quality people you have on your staff there. I'm not good with remembering names, but every single person I had contact with was very good at their job. Even the young lady with housekeeping was very pleasant and always asked "can I get you anything" before she left. No one gave me the impression that they were going through the motions of "doing their job", and the way they all worked together created a comforting environment. The hospitalist had a bedside manner every doctor should envy. My nurse had a demeanor that makes patients realize the depth of your care and compassion. A true gem. Thank ya'll so much."
