"Labor and delivery had not gone like planned but Jess was there for me every step of the way ensuring baby and I got through safely. I appreciated her care so much & how she listens to your wants and does everything in her power to make sure that happens. If it cannot happen, she is so quick to help you understand what options there are, why we may need to do them, etc.

Another staff member I’d like to recognize is nurse Katie. I had Katie as a nurse last year with my second child, first time delivering at Mercer Health, and again this time. Katie is an absolutely amazing person. She is so caring & is so quick to help without question. I felt bad asking for help for what seemed to be little things to me, and she always just went above and beyond with everything she did. So blessed to have her!

My day shift nurse on Friday was great too. I don’t remember her name, but she was so helpful as well and caring. I loved that she engaged with my girls while they were visiting and let them watch her so closely with his bath. She provided wonderful care!"
