Customized Weight Loss Programs

The Mercer Health Center for Healthy Weight & Wellness offers a number of different types of weight loss programs, as we understand it is important to find the right option for you. Our non-surgical programs can be done individually or combined to to create a customized plan to support your weight loss journey. Medical Weight Loss

Meet with our Center for Healthy Weight & Wellness team to discuss your personal weight loss needs, whether it be medically managed non-surgical interventions, weight loss medications or medical nutrition therapy. These consultations include individualized and specialized appointments with one of our Certified Nurse Practitioners and Registered Dietitians to discuss your medical history, weight history and weight loss goals. We then create a plan together and our multi-disciplinary team works closely to support you in reaching your personal health goals.

Medically Supervised Meal Replacement

Our medically supervised, meal replacement program is designed to help people lose weight safely and quickly through medical supervision, weekly education and meal replacement products to create a structured meal plan. To begin this program, participants must first meet with a medical provider for screening.

Medical Nutrition Counseling

This program offers one-on-one counseling sessions with a registered dietitian to assist you in making changes to your diet for a healthy weight loss and to provide the knowledge you need to help meet your wellness and nutrition goals.

Healthy Meal Planning

Good nutrition and healthy eating are key pieces to keeping your body in tip-top shape and are essential to a strong immune system. A well-rounded diet, including fiber and healthy fats, fruits and vegetables, and nutrient-dense foods are all things to keep in mind when building your meals, but one of the most important tools to help you be successful in healthy eating is Meal Planning.

Mercer Health’s Center for Healthy Weight & Wellness offers FREE weekly meal plans and grocery shopping lists to help assist you in building healthy and nutritious meals.
