Mercer Health Home Care and Mercer Health Medical Equipment offices are both located at our Galleria Campus.

Mercer Health Home Care offers skilled services to patients in their place of residence. We also can provide home medical equipment for patients at home. We serve clients in Mercer County, Ohio, and the fringe areas of Van Wert, Shelby, Auglaize and Darke counties.

Mercer Health Medical Equipment offers both durable medical equipment (DME) and routine home medical equipment (HME) to assist you in your home. This ranges from ambulation aides to oxygen/CPAP equipment. We have Respiratory Therapists and Customer Services representatives on staff to provide high quality, professional set-up and teaching related to respiratory needs and equipment.

Mercer Health Medical Group at Galleria is located on this campus along with Mercer Health Medical Group Pediatrics.

Rehabilitation Services

Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy for all ages is also available through our partnership with Community Sports & Therapy Center.
