The event will begin promptly at 9 a.m. on Monday, March 6th at 8016 Booster Drive, Maria Stein. There will be a brief presentation with the entire event lasting less than 30 minutes.

The community is invited to sign a structural beam that will be placed in the new Mercer Health Marion Campus. The beam will be placed on the patio of Moeller Brew Barn from Thursday, February 23rd to Monday, February 27th.

Watch the final placement of the beam via Facebook Live. The date and time for final placement will be announced by the end of February. Project completion is estimated in late 2023.

In late May 2022, Mercer Health announced a new medical office building to be built in Marion Industrial Park, located in Maria Stein.  An official groundbreaking took place this morning, Tuesday, October 11th at 9 a.m. at the construction site.  Approximately 75 individuals were present, including local officials, business owners and community members.  Speakers included Lisa Klenke, Mercer Health CEO; Dr. Heather Kleinhenz, physician at Mercer Health Medical Group at Maria Stein; Ted Bertke, Mercer Health Board of Governor President and Marion Community Development Organization President; and Jon Dingledine, Mercer Health CFO and COO.  Father Mark Hoying of Marion Catholic Community provided a blessing.

The ceremony concluded with an official groundbreaking by Klenke, Kleinhenz, Bertke, Dingledine and also Susan Miller, Mercer Health CNO and VP of Patient Services; Martin Shehan, Mercer Health VP of Provider Practices; Cory Albers, Mercer Health VP of Finance; Mindy Kremer, Mercer Health VP of Development, Marketing and Communications; Bob Unrast, Mercer Health Board of Trustee President and Marion Township Trustee; Ron Bruns, Marion Township Trustee and Larry Reichert, Marion Township Trustee.

Mercer Health has announced a new medical office building, Mercer Health Marion Campus, will be built in the Marion Industrial Park.  Design is being finalized with a plan to begin construction this Fall.  Completion is estimated in late 2023.
