We are excited to launch the Mercer Health 5K Team—a fun, supportive way to encourage our employees and their family members to get moving together! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or someone looking for a new wellness goal, you’re welcome here.

By joining the team, you’ll receive updates on eligible races, team shirt details, reimbursement information, and race‑day plans. Most importantly, you’ll be part of a positive, energetic group representing Mercer Health in our community.

MH 5K Team Participation, Eligibility & Reimbursement

Mercer Health Employee Information

  • Both walkers and runners welcome.
  • Employees must complete online form below by May 15 to receive a free team shirt.
  • Eligible races include any 5K that is part of the Mercer Health 5K Challenge.
    • Race dates & registration information can be found at mercerhealth5kchallenge.com.
    • You are responsible to register yourself for each race.
  • Mercer Health will reimburse employees only $15 per race completed.
    • If you register day‑of or choose to add a race T‑shirt, reimbursement remains $15 per race.
    • Reimbursements will be issued at the END of the 5K series.
  • A MH team photo will be taken before or after each race.
  • Please use valid email address below as that will be the primary form of communication for shirt pick-up, team meeting locations, reimbursement details and more.

Reimbursement Details:

  • Reimbursements will be issued at the END of the 5K series.
    • Starting August 3, you will be required to submit ONE email with official time stamps (NOT copies of registration) for all completed races, do NOT submit these prior to August 3.
  • Additional information will be emailed to all race participants at the end of the series on how to submit your reimbursement.

Family Members Welcome

  • Both walkers and runners welcome.
  • Family members are encouraged to participate but are NOT eligible for race reimbursement or free team shirts. You are responsible to register family members for each race.
  • Kids 14 and under may participate for FREE in the MH5K Challenge, but must register in advance.
  • Additional team shirts for family members may be purchased via payroll deduct only through the form below.
