Mercer Health’s Mercer County Community Hospital’s first baby of the year was born on Monday, January 2, 2023. Noel Spencer, daughter of Cody and Suzanne Spencer of Ansonia, was born at 8:16 p.m., weighing 7 pounds, 9.2 ounces and measuring 18.5 inches. Noel was welcomed by her parents and three-year old brother Maverick.

The family received a blanket and gift card from The Gift Shop at Mercer Health among other gifts.
