The MED Foundation of Mercer Health held its annual Healing Garden ceremony on May 22, 2025 at Mercer County Community Hospital. Each year during the ceremony, pavers are dedicated in honor or in memory of community members and families. Pavers engraved with the following messages will be added to the therapeutic space located just outside of the Sanderell Family West Wing:

• In memory of Ollie Wendel, a dedicated volunteer
• In memory of Pam Powell, RN, the true spirit of care. Rest in heaven. 3/3/1957-3/5/2025
• In memory of Lori Brunswick, a great volunteer. The Emergency Department.
• Timothy A. Hittle 10/7/1963-6/3/2024. Jump. Go ahead and jump.
• Bill and Barb Hamilton
• In loving memory, with gratitude for compassionate care by Mercer Health. JR Stough 1979-2024
