Mercer Health is now taking registrations for the COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic which will be held next Thursday, January 21st and Friday, January 22nd. Individuals who are 80 years of age or older are eligible for this Phase 1B distribution as a part of Ohio’s Vaccination Distribution Plan. In addition, individuals must reside in the State of Ohio and Mercer County, unless the recipient is an established patient of Mercer Health. For example, if the recipient resides in any Ohio county, such as Darke County, but are an established Mercer Health patient, the individual would be eligible.
Registration and additional information is available online at https://mercer-health.com/covid-19-coronavirus-information. Vaccine recipients will be asked to enter their name, date of birth, address and phone number. Anyone unable to register online can call 567-890-7188. Registration will close when registered recipients are equivalent to current vaccine allotments. There will be no waiting lists. A Mercer Health representative will call all registered recipients to confirm registration and finalize appointment details. Individuals who do not meet criteria will not receive a phone call to confirm registration.
