The process to register for a COVID-19 vaccination appointment with Mercer Health has changed effective Tuesday, February 9th, 2021. Registrations will be accepted on an ongoing basis. Weekly, the registrations will be reviewed and appointments will be scheduled for upcoming vaccination clinics, with priority being given to age. A Mercer Health staff member will call to schedule your appointment when it is your turn to be scheduled for an appointment. Vaccine supply is very limited. Please do not call to inquire about vaccine appointment availability. Again, after you submit your registration please be patient as a staff member will call when it is your turn to be scheduled for an appointment.
Online Registration: is available any time at: https://mercer-health.com/covid-vaccine-signup
Phone Registration: Beginning Thursday, February 11th, registration will be available each week day (Monday - Friday), 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., by calling 567-890-7188.
At this time, individuals 65+ years of age and older are eligible. All K-12 employees will be vaccinated through the schools. Additional vaccination eligibility requirements per Ohio’s COVID-19 Vaccination Distribution Plan state, all individuals must reside in the State of Ohio and Mercer County, unless the recipient is an established patient of Mercer Health. For example, if the recipient resides in any Ohio county, such as Darke County, but are an established Mercer Health patient, the individual would be eligible. Individuals must delay receiving the vaccine if they are currently ill, have a fever above 100 degrees, are currently in quarantine, have had a vaccine in the last 14 days, or have received an anti-viral infusion treatment for COVID.
