Good nutrition and healthy eating are key pieces to keeping your body in tip-top shape and are essential to a strong immune system.  A well-rounded diet, including fiber and healthy fats, fruits and vegetables, and nutrient-dense foods are all things to keep in mind when building your meals, but one of the most important tools to help you be successful in healthy eating is Meal Planning.

Mercer Health’s Center for Healthy Weight & Wellness is offering FREE weekly meal plans and grocery shopping lists to help assist you in building healthy and nutritious meals. Three meal plans can be provided:

2) 2-week school lunch plan. Plan is per child and includes a grocery shopping list.

3) 1-week slow cooker meals. This includes recipes, grocery list and tips to round out your meals.
