Community Medical Center, a part of Mercer Health, is a
medical office building located in Celina to provide convenient
quality healthcare to area residents.
Within our facility we house a number of departments including:

Disease Management Clinic

Doctors’ Urgent
Care

Occupational Health Services
•
Maternal Care Center (Care of pregnant women)
•
Women’s Preventive Healthcare (No charge cancer screening
for eligible women)
•
Flu Shot Clinic’s
•
Annual free screenings for breast cancer and prostate cancer.
Laboratory
and X-ray services are available on site daily from 7:00am – midnight
(Mon-Fri) and 3:30pm – midnight (Sat-Sun, Holidays).
Diagnostic testing requires a physician order; results are
sent to that provider and any other specified.
Laboratory service is available for all types of lab work,
including blood draw, collection and processing of samples
as well as Urine Drug Screen collection.
Radiology Services are available providing general radiology,
non-invasive exams. After X-rays are taken, the films are
forwarded to the Radiologist to
be read and interpreted before
the results are sent
to the physician requested. 12-lead
EKG’s (Electrocardiograms) are performed. We
also offer a mobile M.R.I. unit that is available on Friday's.
BAT
(Breath Alcohol Testing) is available.
The facility includes

as well as family medicine. Our team of skilled professionals
are always waiting to assist you with whatever problems
you might be having.
